Innoport's web-based address & appointment book synchronizes* easily with Microsoft Outlook 97, 98, 2000 and XP. Members can select between Express and Advanced Sync. Express Sync instantly updates Outlook and Innoport with the most recent information. For members that require added control, Advanced Sync allows for customization to offer the flexibility that many users find invaluable.

Manage business and personal information for your list of contacts. With the more important contact fields, such as email addresses and phone numbers, Innoport allows you to enter information for an existing name (e.g., business, mobile, fax, etc.) or create your own custom name (e.g., Innoport fax). Innoport even allots space for you to keep track of screen names so you can connect with others for instant messaging. Furthermore, you can link contacts together to more easily navigate between them. |

The Innoport calendar offers more robust functionality than many other Web-based calendar tools. Not only can users schedule new appointments, but they can also coordinate with other attendees by notifying them of the event via email. Additionally, users can plan events that span multiple days and set recurrence for events to have them appear at regular intervals. |

Choose between Monthly, Weekly and Daily views. To enter a new event, either click the New button or double-click on a day or time to bring up the Event Information window. The Search button helps you to find previous events. |
