The Innoport Business Service Plans offer consolidated billing and allows for managing multiple numbers under a single account. With these service plans, you will receive an administrator account for handling the billing as well as for ordering, assigning, and re-assigning Innoport numbers. The Innoport Business Service Plans may be opened with local numbers, toll-free numbers, economy numbers (267 area code only) or with any combination of these numbers for receiving faxes and voicemails in up to four email accounts per number. Individual users of the business service plans may access account information for his/her own Innoport number in order to send faxes, change setting preferences, store contacts and calendar events, or view transactions. Additional accounts may be created for individual users to send faxes and store contacts and calendar events.

Φ Any Use Minutes
The minutes on a Jump Start or Standard Corporate service plan account under the Simple Usage model (whether included in the plan, part of the minute pack add-on or overage) may be applied towards all inbound calls connected to an Innoport number as well as all outbound calls to U.S. and Canada destinations. For all calls connected to an Innoport number which are forwarded to U.S. and Canada phone numbers, the full duration of the incoming call will be billed with no charges for the forwarded calls (i.e. we DO NOT double-leg bill). Minute usage is aggregated amongst all individiual accounts within a Business Plan under Simple Usage.
Volume Discounts
A Standard Corporate service plan account (under Flex Usage only) will be provided with volume discounts on usage charges per the volume discount schedule shown per this table. If the usage charges (excluding surcharges, fees, fines, credits, transactions that receive the fax broadcast rate or incur the OCR fax cover sheet overage charge and any other charges not involving a time span) on a Standard Corporate account during the previous billing cycle fall within one of the discount brackets, then the Member is entitled to receive the appropriate credit for the present billing cycle. No volume discounts are given on the Jump Start service plan. Discounts may not be redeemed for cash.
^ Associate Accounts
Associate Accounts are for users requiring outbound faxing capabilities and/or an extension where they can be reached at. These accounts do not include phone numbers. These extensions branch from one or many of the phone numbers in the service plan and satisfies the need for additional voice mailboxes. Along with voicemail capabilities on these extensions, users can also configure call routing preferences, including call forwarding and find me/follow me options. These accounts can also be used as secure instant messaging accounts.
Monthly Inbound Minute Allowance
Inbound minutes pertain to all calls connected to an Innoport number. As long as the aggregated inbound call usage for all numbers in your Business plan under Flex Usage model which receive a monthly allowance remains within the total monthly inbound minute allowance, you will not be subject to any additional inbound charges. Toll-free numbers on the Standard Corporate plan under Flex Usage model do not receive any minute allowances.
Call Forwarding & Find Me/Follow Me
Call forwarding and find me/follow me entail both an inbound and outbound connection. Under Flex Usage model, for the portion of a call to an Innoport number that is forwarded to another telephone number, ONLY the outbound connection is charged per minute and inbound charges continue to apply for the portion of the calls to an Innoport number that are not forwarded. Under the Simple Usage model, for all calls connected to an Innoport number which are forwarded to U.S. and Canada phone numbers, the full duration of the incoming call will be billed with no charges for the forwarded calls. Calls can only be forwarded to U.S. and Canada telephone numbers. If you are interested in international call forwarding (available only for the Flex Usage model), please contact us. Outbound charges under Flex Usage model are only incurred for completed connections (e.g. a phone number which rings busy or is unanswered will not be subject to any charges).
§ Broadcast Faxing
The per minute rate for broadcast faxing only applies to broadcasts with a minimum of 500 successfully delivered fax pages to U.S. and Canada fax numbers. Pages to fax numbers that are unsuccessful, busy, or unanswered will be excluded from the count. Fax broadcast transactions which meet the 500 successfully delivered fax pages minimum will be billed in 30 second increments with a 60 second minimum. Standard per minute rates for sending faxes apply to transactions with less than 500 successfully delivered fax pages to U.S. and Canada fax numbers. Transactions receiving the fax broadcast rate are excluded from monthly spend calculations for volume discounts. Members under the Simple Usage model first consume their monthly minute allowance along with any add-on minute pack minutes and are then charged the per minute rate for broadcast faxing ($0.04 per minute) for any overage.
µ Optional Fax OCR Subscription Package
This solution uses OCR to capture a tracking ID from a standardized fax cover sheet to automate document handling and delivery. A Fax OCR subscription package may be purchased after activating a business service plan. You may enable, upgrade, downgrade or disable a Fax OCR subscription package at anytime. When a Fax OCR package is enabled, the monthly fee for the Fax OCR subscription package selected is pro-rated for the current monthly billing cycle. In the month a subscription package is disabled, no refund is given on the full or pro-rated amount of the monthly fee. Upgrading or downgrading a Fax OCR subscription package takes effect at the start of the following monthly billing cycle. Overage charges are excluded from monthly usage spend calculations for volume discounts. All incoming faxes on an OCR enabled Innoport phone number will be treated as an OCR transaction, regardless of whether a valid OCR fax cover sheet tracking ID is found, as the OCR processing step must be performed to check for the tracking ID.
